All local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, the cocktail menu, selected imported drinks and sparkling wine are included in the concept. Premium drinks, freshly squeezed juices, special wines and Turkish coffee are charged.

In this concept our focus is not the buffet but your plate. Our aim is for you to compose your plate knowingly and consciously, choosing according to your own needs — because we believe real comfort is the freedom to choose your own plate.

Under the Your Plate Transparency Standard, the following information is clearly displayed for every dish in the main restaurant: ingredients, allergen warnings, calorie value, protein content (grams) and special dietary suitability.

On selected days we host themed evenings such as Mexican Day, Colors of Anatolia Day, Italian Nights and the enchanting Game of Daima. All event days are announced in advance on the events page of our website.

Your Play is where fun is redesigned for everyone. At Dolusu Park, adrenaline, imagination and freedom come together: the Wave Pool that lifts the rhythm of the day, the thrilling Slip & Sea slide, the colourful Splash Road and the enchanting Mermaid Show.

Across the park, 17 adult and 7 children's slides offer experiences for every age group. Dolusu Park is free for Daima Biz guests; swimwear is required for entry.

Wave times: 12:30 – 12:50 / 13:30 – 13:50 / 14:30 – 14:50. For safety and hygiene, outdoor pools and aquapark areas close at 19:00; swimming at night is not considered healthy. Please follow the posted rules at the pools, aquapark and beach, and keep your children under constant supervision.

In our Turkish bath, traditional rituals meet modern comfort. Please contact the SPA Centre for appointments and prices.

The Mini Club (ages 4 – 7) and Junior Club (ages 8 – 12) are open daily from 10:00 – 12:30 and 14:30 – 17:00, run by specially trained children's animators. Children under 4 may use the mini club under parental supervision.

Every evening before the amphitheatre programme, a mini disco is held for our young guests. Please keep your children under constant supervision at the pools, aquapark and beach.

• Use LED lighting and energy-saving bulbs.
• Sort all waste, and collect and properly dispose of waste vegetable oils and hazardous waste.
• Apply economical towel-use practices to reduce waste water.
• Organise environmental-awareness activities at the Kids' Club.

• Remove your room card from the energy unit when leaving the room; heating and cooling switch off automatically when the balcony door is opened.
• Use water and electricity sparingly and dispose of litter in the bins.
• Dropping your towels on the floor means "please replace"; leaving them on the rack means "I will use them again".
• Leftover food on your plate goes to waste; please take only as much as you can eat.

• Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out at 11:00 at the latest. Late check-out is subject to availability and an extra charge.
• Under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, alcohol is not served to guests under 18. Alcohol is not served to intoxicated guests; drinks are served by the glass.
• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas by law; all our rooms are non-smoking. If tobacco products (cigarettes, waterpipe, e-cigarettes) are used in a room, a one-day room charge is collected to cover special cleaning and 24-hour ozone disinfection.
• For hygiene and food-safety reasons, food and drinks may not be taken out of the restaurants and bars.
• Allergen information is indicated on menus and information cards; the choice and consumption of allergens is the guest's responsibility, and a risk of cross-contamination exists.
• Outdoor swimming pools and aquapark areas close at 19:00.
• Please check the room inventory on arrival and report any damage or missing items to Guest Relations.
• Please do not lose your room cards, leave them in the room, or share them with third parties.
• Security checks and room-card verification are carried out when leaving and re-entering the resort.
